Neutral 7 Acid Identifier Pen - £2.70

The Neutral 7 is a marker that identifies the acidity of paper, gessoed canvas, stickers and textile products. When a high acid content is present, a bright yellow to yellow orange will appear. Lime green to dark green is ideally acid free and safe for scrapbooking.

  • Ink colour blue is chemically active: Stays a bright blue when paper is basic, a bright yellow orange tells you a high acid level is present. An ideal colour is anywhere close to a greenish tint.

  • Fine point tip

Good For identifying acid content in rubber stampable materials as well as memory books albums, pages. Can also be use to determine the acid content of stickers, textile products, doilies, stationery and gessoed canvas. A scale is conveniently printed directly on marker.
